Anti-spam Policy

As our policy is published on our website, by registering with us, use of our website or service or request or send ‘volunteer to Change’ information( either electronically or printed), we are entitled to assume that you have had the opportunity to read and have indeed read this plicy and agree to it.

Volunteer to Change may change its policies at ant time by posting changes online. Please review our policies regularly to ensure you are aware of any changes. Your continued registration and/or use of our services after any change is posted, means that you agree to be legally bound by our policies.

Volunteer to Change considers spam to be unsolicited, bulk or indiscriminate messages, typically sent for a commercial purpose.

Volunteer to Change has a zero tolerance spam policy.

Outgoing Messages

In the unlikely event that you receive a message from us or a message sent using our systems that may be considered to be spam, please contact us using our online ‘contact us’ form and Volunteer to Change will investigate the matter.

Incoming Messages

Our computer system automatically scans all incoming emails and filters out any message that it considers to be spam in nature.

No spam filter is 100% accurate and it is possible that from time to time legitimate( non spam) messages are also filtered. If you believe that this may have happened to you, please contact us either using our online ‘contact us’form or by telephone.
